1. Nature of Our Products

Budget Barn is a retail store that sells pallet liquidation inventory, including overstock, discontinued items, and customer returns. Because of this:

• Some items may be damaged, incomplete, or non-functional.
• All products are sold as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
• Product condition and completeness may vary, and original packaging may be missing or altered.

These conditions are the reason our products are significantly discounted, often between 30% and 70% off retail prices.

2. All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy, all sales are final. Budget Barn does not guarantee the performance, functionality, or longevity of any product sold. Customers are encouraged to inspect items before purchase whenever possible.

3. Returns and In-Store Credit

Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or physically broken at the time of purchase, and only within 3 Business days. A valid original receipt is required for a refund.

If a customer does not have a receipt, they may be eligible for in-store credit, limited to three (3) returns per calendar year, tracked via a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID. See our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

4. Limitation of Liability

Budget Barn shall not be held liable for:

• Any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of items sold.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including product failures.

By purchasing from Budget Barn, the customer accepts all risks associated with buying liquidation merchandise.

5. Pricing and Inventory

All prices are subject to change without notice. Inventory is limited and changes daily. Budget Barn does not hold or reserve items unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at our discretion.

By shopping at Budget Barn or providing your contact information, you agree that we may use your information to contact you by email, phone call, or mail for marketing and promotional purposes, including updates about new inventory, discounts, or special events.
